How much does UnifiedRAG cost?
UnifiedRAG plans start at $7/mo for Starter, $49/mo for Growth and $149/mo for Enterprise, each with a defined daily and monthly message allowance. There are no per-agent or per-resolution charges. Custom volumes above Enterprise are available by contacting sales.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends the chatbot pauses until you subscribe. Growth and Enterprise do not include a trial.
What's included in the Growth plan?
Growth includes up to 5 chatbots, 1,000 messages per day, 10,000 messages per month, 200 crawls per month, 100 pages per crawl, all integrations, API access, and priority support.
Do you charge per resolution like Intercom?
No. UnifiedRAG uses flat monthly plans with included daily and monthly message allowances, not per-resolution billing. Unlike Intercom's per-resolution charges (check their current pricing page), your costs stay predictable within your plan limits.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise includes unlimited chatbots and messages, 500 crawls per month, 500 pages per crawl, API access, white-label branding, SSO/SAML and HIPAA-ready infrastructure with a BAA. Custom volumes, SLAs and procurement support are available through sales.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
